Gymnastic Skills to complement Dance Skills

Dance routines are becoming much more exciting with the inclusion of some spectacular acro skills.

Calisthenics, jazz and contemporary routines can now be seen incorporating elements of acro skills to include tumbling, balancing and aerial movements.  These include:

  • jumps
  • leg mounts
  • somersaults
  • aerials
  • hand springs
  • cartwheels
  • back bends
  • walkovers
  • handstands, headstands and tiger stands
  • flips
  • over splits and jetes
  • and tricks.

We cover each of these elements, focusing on strength, core stability, technique and flexibility.

We also have a special Tiny Tumbler class for our little people.


Safety is Paramount

  • We use appropriate matting and gymnastic equipment.
  • Our coach is a qualified gymnastic instructor, supported by Level 1 accredited calisthenics coaches
