coffee-groundsI read an article today that I found interesting.  It justifies a coffee break as a strategy for cognitive fatigue reduction.  Got to be happy with that.

Apparently, a joint study has found that caffeine had a positive effect on how the brain works on completing tasks.

The article suggests that there is evidence that up to 400 milligrams of caffeine consumed  by healthy adults via coffee can deliver several health benefits including improved liver function and decreased risks of Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease and type 2 diabetes.

I’m not sure about the cat poop coffee, but feel free to read the article and make up your own mind.

-> It’s not a coffee break, it’s cognitive fatigue reduction!
