We extend Christmas wishes to all our Studio Arc students and their families. You have all worked hard throughout the year – take a break and celebrate.

The Christmas holidays are a time to spend with family and friends. Enjoy every moment.

It would be beneficial to keep active so as not to lose the fitness and flexibility you have achieved.  And, if you are feeling particularly energetic, you may like to take the opportunity to take some action photos and contribute to this gallery.
