What a big weekend.
As our local competition, the Ballaarat Solo Competition gives our students the opportunity to perform their solo items to family, friends and other students. We are lucky to have a wonderful team of supporters at Studio Arc, led by Joy and Karen with their weekend tickets. It is fantastic to see team mates turn up to support their friends and students in other sections.
We have an obligation to provide adults to help with various tasks over the weekend. Thank you to our Studio families and friends who volunteered to fill these roles – Nicole, Cherie, Sharon M, Sharon R, Abbey, Annette, Sarah, Narelle, Georgia, Jackie and Kelly. And of course, to Jane and Nicole who were present for every one of their students throughout the weekend.
Many of the sections were mixed divisions, but our girls performed extremely well.
