Benefits of competition
As we commence the calisthenics competition season, it is important to acknowledge the benefits that competitive sport has on our children. In the case of calisthenics, it is more than just theatres, costumes and makeup. The trophies are nice, but are not even on the list of the most important things about competition.
Victoria wins National Titles
